My manager has informed me that we can't go to the office for 12 days in the month. I've to complete 12 days between all weeks. Is this the same for everyone?

Nothing like that it depends upon your managers choice..if u have any personal reason you can get a permission and do the same..becuz on mail it only says cumulative of 12days or weekly 3days

Cumulative 12 days meaning we can go any 12 days in a month either constant or not constant, our attendance should be 12 days in a month that is official communication mail but i don't know why these people are creating their own new rules.

True, they are creating sub rules which are unnecessary and irrelevant.
