Work from office minimum hours maintenance

I am going to office on daily basis and staying only 3 hours. Will this effect appraisal and variable pay? HR will take any action? Can anyone please clarify?

Regarding the time, it depends on the business unit to the unit Some units are tracking 6 hours minimum. Some are not tracking time. I think you should first check with HR. Overall I don't think it will create issue for you
