"Work from Office" - just a criteria for Band distribution?

Just thinking. Why does TCS want to switch to full WFO when hybrid mode has the best of both worlds. There is collaboration (which HR says is the reason why they are calling us back) and as well as flexibility for us employees in the hybrid model.

Still why is TCS enforcing a full WFO model? Personally, I think this is just a way for Managers and HR s to reject 'A' bands

I wish some HR could give a brutally honest and unfiltered opinion.
