Work from Office - HR threatening
Hi , I'm currently serving a notice period and 1 month is already done.I want to do WFH when I asked the same to my hr she said that she will extend my LWD if I miss the office for 1 day also. Is it true ? Will they do this? I already asked them for early release I don't want to come to office daily n waste all my time ..there is no odc for our project n also no one is comming from our project.. Please Guide me what should I do .. I want to focus more on my learning n want to look for more offers.

And what were you expecting when you asked?🙄 Sometimes you don't have to inform your superior for bending some rule so that they can have the space to ignore it😂. If you are asking that means you are asking permission to break a rule 😂😂.
These HR are of no work. They are only to harass employees.
They have no guts to support employees, instead they put their personal efforts to showcase their power of being in HR and how can they damage you.

True we have in our policies show to them and ask why these policies are created and not following it from your end even I need WFH since no project members are from my location and they are asking me to report and come back totally waste of time and waste of money , already we are paid very less ,no hikes or no salary increase also then why these policies are their I also don't know these hr knows only to harass all the employees and talk rudely and bring them back to office
Don’t take any risk, just go to office for swipe in and come. They can really trouble you during your release time , I have seen many cases. So my suggestion don’t do anything foolish as you are already leaving the organisation.
No this is not true. Just go n punch in and puch out simple
Go to office and do swipe in and out .
