Work From Office Exception

I have been asked to raise WFO Exception by manager every week due to unavailability of desk in my location. It's since October and continuing.
Will this affect by Variable Pay at end of the quarter? Any idea anyone ?

No it will not affect but ask your manager for allocation of seat other wise in coming months HR will ask you for change base location. I already faced same in mid of June but luckily after many followups I got seat allocation
