I am at last month of notice period, and they kept me on bench. Do i still need to go to office? Will it affect my notice period if i dont go!
I suggest do as per mandate and work for required days form office.

Who knows in future you may get a good opportunity back in Capgemini and they can see that you did all right things even when on bench.
Keep good relations even while you exit. Appreciate those who helped you, guided you and good friends you made here. It generates a lot of positivity and good for you.
Maintaining good relations are ok but there is absolutely no need to go to office. The office didn't give hike to around 70% of the employees giving some stupid reason and you think they'll take someone back if they are good on their notice period. What is this delulu
