Right now they are not monitoring the work hours. It is directly told by a HR in one of the meets. So one hour is also fine

New HR policy rolled out ,it is required minimum 5 to 6 hours in wipro office.

As of now wipro is not monitoring the time you were in office just its mandatory to follow hybrid policy.
