Goto acp portal where you have booked your seat. There will be a seat(1) option. Click on it. You will see check in and delete symbol options. If you click check in , check in happens. If you click delete symbol, seat gets cancelled. So click on check in within 30 minutes from the start time.

If you have booked an ad hoc request, not via project, you should try to check in within 30 minutes of start time.

means you have not checked in to your seat.. this does not impact you being in office or not. u should checkin within 1 hour of seat booking. there are QR codes to checkin in some of offices too. your swipe in and out will determine the office visit. I AM MANAGER SPEAKING lol
