Hi All,
Currently my manager is situated in Bangalore, there are 40 people working under him across different locations in India.
My manager has asked all to work on office 3 days in a week since April 2023.
Also he has created an excel sheet in which he will track the number of days we are visiting office each month.
The weird rule is that when you are in office then you have to turn on webcam through out the duration of the daily status call in the morning.
If you are in office and haven't turned on webcam then my manager will scold you in front of everyone in the call and make you feel guilty as if you have committed a heinous crime.
Also when you are on camera he will came funny comments about your appearance in front of everyone which I find very painful.
I am finding working under him very traumatic.

Always apply the blur background. If the manager asks why say you have applied it as default as sharing any kind of information outside his project is out of the purview of the client. Next if he comment you on anything say shirt. Connect it with him. Say you were inspired by him to choose the colour. Next time he will think twice to pick on you.
Accenture is full of such managers. Be calm and focus on your work.

You can simply remind him of ethics training and retaliation policy in Acn. Give a clear message to him that you are not comfortable with such comments. He will understand these rest.
