I had attended office for the manadatory days till last month. This month need to take 4 days leave and already had holiday in my DC. Got compliance mail today for working from office for rest of the days. Still see many people working from home. Not sure why these guys qre calling us when no team mate is in the same dc nor my managers.

Same, no one from the team nor my managers are there, I work directly with the client,i got compliance mail long back but not recently. Moreover Mr Murthy unhappy with 5 days working 😂

Mr. Murthy is not checking the conpensation he is providing to the employees. You get 60k a month and supposed to live in tier 1 city. And spend 14 hours in office. He has gone nuts.

Talk to your manager and ask them to approve the expceptional wfh. Its simple if your manager agreed that you will be more productive by decreasing the comute time to offc
