Hello all,
I have received 2 non compliance mail for not following hybrid policy
But in timesheet i could see, we can update attendance by choosing the Work From Office option
Can we do this without going to the office?
Do they track office entries as well?
Id card punch is considered my teammate also did the same but still got non compliance email
Wipro monitors both the punching information as well as the timesheet information. You may have filled as of your comfort but if that doesn't add up to the audit team they may drop you a showcase notice mail looping your manager to state the the reason for this irregularities, as why the time sheet data is not tallying your punching data.
So it allows to submit as WFO even though you didn't visit office that day?

This is applicable for Hot desking seats.. Where card punching is not available.. That location manual records entries daily shared to WIPRO as confirmed from FMG team.
