Can I work from non base location and maintain 9hrs per day daily from common ODC?
What will happen?
My monthly performance pay + Performance bonus < is less than my rent and food and traveling cost in base location.

Yes you can. Even I’m also reporting to a different location other than my base location

As per new policy, from April , HR told that base location ODC timings are recorded and will be verified for RTO compliance. HR denied request to work from other locations.
