Work from home without exception

One of my colleague told me that, in every month we can take 3 work from home without raising exception. So is it true or not

True. It wil be two or three depending on number of working days. 85% is what is needed to have no impact on your qva

Suppose in March there are 20 working days and I took WFH for 3 days and took leave for 2 days so WFH status would be 85% or it would fell below that percentage

Recently we had a call with HR and they Mentioned only 2 days is applicable for WFH exception. Overall 6 WFH for per quarter. To your Question, Yes last month Feb I took 2 leaves 2 WFH exception and 10 WFO. It will come 86% for sure ( Same happened on Nov 2024 ) based on that only I’m telling this.
