Last week, we received an Email especially in the North DCs to do work from home until further notice and the system is configured accordingly. But still I can see there are only limited WFHs available to apply for. Is this the same case with you all also? Can we expect increment in WFH numbers?
Your manager will approve exception request
Recently due to unit change my WFH changed to 3 days work from office previously it was 12 days a month policy is there any way to get exception from manager i have told that i have medical reasons do i have to submit proof ?
It’s a long process, I don’t know if they are approving it now or not. But your manager should approve, JL7 should approve and HR should also approve. That is the process.
But now I don’t think they are no more accepting any exceptions unless really serious

WFH balance didn’t increased and now ceasefire announced so just get back to normal days
