Can I request HR for WFH option at least 50% to 60% due to some unavoidable situations to take care of the family? If yes please ping here how to approach the same.

HR will only approve if u have any valid medical reason with all certificates that to maximum 1 month . Best way is to request ur supervisor he/she can approve .

Hrs have been particularly adamant and arrogant with wfh requests. They just forget people have genuine concerns. I myself have faced very rude responses from a newbie hr.
