Nobody is approving my request for WFH for May month only. I have some personal issues. My daughter will have vacation in May month and husband is no more, still they are not considering. Anyone can answer how to get approval or any other suggestions.
How old is your daughter? Can you get her to the creche? In this way, she'll be around you. The creche is free. Check this option as well.
Also check if connecting with your N+2 helps. Get everything documented over an email.
Consult with your reporting manager first, explain your situation, once he said yes, take confirmation over mail. Then follow same procedure and take confirmation from your project manager also. after this raise request for BTO exemption, since you already discussed with your report manager hopefully request will get approved asap but request also need to be approved by practice lead so then on same mail loop him to approve our BTO exemption request.
If u will tell the reason as vacations even for kids then they will not approve

As suggested in above post, talk to n+1, n+2/ your account DE, account’s Client Partner & BPHR. Block thr calendar, Setup meeting with Agenda. Go prepared with counter questions.
