Trending @Wipro; Work from home policy for shift people

Hi guys, in June the hybrid wfh policy was updated saying if we have shifts that is if our shift starts or ends in between 8:30pm to 5:30 am we can opt for wfh and no shift allowance will be given. The same was communicated by the manager. Now few are telling they have removed this option. Is it true. Can any managers or anyone confirm on this. Thanks in advance

In my case my client manager himself mail to wipro manager for giving wfh to me .. but still wipro manager not approved .

My manager is ready to approve but I heard some few that they are revoking the policy again

Manager should assign shift and my time and also enable the checkbox of wfh exemption, only then system will not consider it as non-compliance to hybrid policy. Also, I checked the India Hybrid Policy in Dot app policies section, no update in the policy stating the wfh exemption for shifts is going to be revoked.

Hey,even i asked about it with my manager,he replied like there was a glitch in this policy and said like there were 1000+ employees with this shift in UHG itself,so it will not be possible to give wfh for everyone and the policy need to be revoked
