Work From Home Policy
Considering the ongoing war situation, could Work From Home (WFH) arrangements come into action ? Any information or any discussion that are ongoing in your projects ?
I really don't understand, why companies don't provide WFH? What's the harm? 🤔
Vietnam has declared WFH.
Indian companies lobbied for RTO in Sept 2020 itself when Covid was still on and people were dying. War 5000 miles away is nothing to them.
India has no major impact of WAR except LPG gas, petrol, oil.. etc. But in the UAE there is already a WFH situation
By March end, Indian Govt will somehow force IT MNC's to mandatory provide WFH if middle east war situation doesn't calm down.
Cause it would be govt who would be blamed left right and center when there would be less petrol available for filling in cars/bikes and how would kitchen run in offices when Govt has stopped commercial LPG supplies.
