IMy father's health has worsened, and I need to be with him in my hometown during this time. Currently, my mother is helping take care of my one year six-month-old baby at home, and I usually go to the office once a week. However, due to the current situation, I will need to stay in my hometown to support my family.so I will ask to hrfor this permission will they give permission atleast 3 months

YESS. if ur people lead is man of god ans values. He will approve. He may ask u to drop a mail to du leads. But they wont stop until people lead has problem. And Hr, wd manager will approvw directly no problem. Take care, i wish speedy recovery of ur father..
Talk with your manager bro , if you already know your manager will not support on you , try to show health issue with doctor consult and take work from home for few months
