Work from home -Parent

Wanted to ask if being the father of a 5 month old baby,Can I apply for flexible work option.I see that it does state it in the HR plocy for non birthing parent. Any pointers on this.I have already pinged my BU hr regarding this.

Quick update The HR agreed for WFH for the next 3 months.Not sure what is the logic as the policy says till 1 year but I did not want to argue and hence agreed to raise the exception for now for the next 3 months.

Policy is there and it is clearly mentioned, check with your HR

There is a policy for WFH who has a kid less than 1 year. Check the policy and send an email to HR and manager asking for WFH

Hi all,update I had again requested for WFH as baby is still 8 months old HR asked for medical certificate and rejected.Should I approach again.HR saying it is only for primary care giver
