Work from home or Work from office

In the notice period is it mandatory to come to the office or working from home will also be fine .Will they cut the salary in that case . please suggest

They can only cut quarterly variable allowance, up to you if you are okay with it

It depends on the March attendance or well April also? My last working day is in May so is it mandatory to maintain the attendance for April and May ?

Depends on project and manager. Ours is chill so wfh is being approved. But sister project the NP serving colleagues are getting screwed.

Can anyone tell me if one doesn't go for few days but fills timesheet regularly, I guess it is considered NO SHOW right? But the only repercussions is that it will affect variable pay. Esp what happens if few days NO SHOW during notice period?
