What impact will I face if I do not go to the office for long, apart from QVA/hike/promotion? For last year, my office attendance was 90+% and I did not get any promotion or a good hike.
Wfo non adherence can be used as an excuse for disciplinary actions upto termination.
Please understand these are not qualifiers that you'll get promotion, hike etc based on compliance, but rather disqualfiers which will be used against you whenever there is a need.

Tcs ab MNC nhi school ho gaya hai, time se aao time se jao mat, ghar se bhi kaam karo and weekend pe bhi support do, or year end pe appraisal mai chillar lo.

With the situation right now it will have a major impact. On all the things you mentioned plus your tenure with the organisation.
The HR, RMG, and Management is looking for people to target. You would be just painting a bulls eye on your back if you follow through with this unless your an absolutely critical resource and the managers will cover for you.
