Guys if someone has same experience want you to share such here. My office made work from office hybrid in a week but wants everyone to report office every week atleast twice. However they made a exception thar if you have some problem you can do wfh entirely. There were two cases
There was a newly married women collegue who wants wfh entirely as she has the problem of shifting to new city alone.
Then there is me who has been recovering from a leg fracture. Asking for a extension as commuting to office and doing self chores will be a problem alone in a new city.
In both these cases the first person got the work from home extension . And me commuting office with 1.5 legs every day.

Sorry to hear that. Corporates are women centric especially the medium to big sized ones. If you are a male, I suggest you have a surgery or treatment done and declare yourself a female. Your company insurance policy might actually cover the expenses. You will get treated better then no matter where you end up.
