Work from home after meternity leave ends.
Am currently in meternity leave which will end next month,but am expecting HR to understand me and provide WFH as baby is too small and no one is there to take care.will it be tcs providing WFH for this reason?
1st you can apply for 1 month special maternity leave if you have not taken prior.
2nd take all your CL and EL , Some SL also can be take with help of doctors prescription.
3rd WFH you can get till your baby is 1 year but this also depends on you manager and then HR.
In my case the mangers approved the WFH request but HR was not approving initially...then I have escalated to higher level of HR's and my senior delivery manager and also country head then they approved.
Yes I think you will get exception till your child becomes one year old
