In Deloitte USI it is not mandatory to go to office. Maybe once in a week. What is the situation in E&Y?

Not mandatory in Deloitte usi?? What a joke...not sure if that's happening in parallel universe but in this universe 2 days minimum is mandatory and we have received official mail that if not meeting the mandate, it will effect incentives

Depends on the project actually. Many of the members from my team haven't been to office from months

That's exceptions. Don't generalize it. Generalization is >90% of the people are coming to office due to mandate.

It's minimum 2 days across Deloitte and few have 3 days. If it's ODC, it's 5 days. In advisory, now wfh approval has to be done via senior manager with talent in CC. This was implemented starting April. Earlier manager approval was enough. Things are getting stricter day by day.
