I want to know if there is no ODC at my current location than I can report to office which is nearby my home or need to relocate 2000 km away and work from ODC only.

Is it mandatory to work from ODC or I can work from any location. What HRs saying on this. Any Idea?

No you can report to any nearby Wipro office location. There’s nothing mandatory to only report to your ODC. So many are doing the same. No worries in it.

Thanks for response Yes, I talked to them but they are toxic. They want me to relocate to there ODC location and work and they not releasing me also although I completed 3 yr in same project. Will HR help me.
