Work ethic

How is your work ethic? Are you all constantly on the toes ? Are you proactive, inquisitive, disciplined, do detailed research and complete tasks on time? I have been mostly working as individual contributor in very small team 1-2 person. So I have no reference for how am I doing. At time I feel guilty and anxiety when I am doing less work. I don't have references of other colleagues
