How is your work culture and work environment in the office ?
And which company was the best for you to work with ?
Pehle kaafi acha tha. My manager used to push me for learning new things. Make me ask for ideal time. Point out my shortcomings and in accuracies. Helped me learn very fast.
But right now - terrible. I am working with my skip manager. Horrible person. Optimize for short term gains. Okay to make team suffer for quick visibility in front of leadership. Short sighted person. Unskilled seniors hired at exorbitant price. Even AI with no context write better code than those seniors with so many expensive AI subscriptions. No ownership. Passing down of stupid decisions.
Only thing that is keeping me sane is fighting for good code practices. Throwing my hand at multiple tech stacks. Researching for multiple solutions to a single problem. Basically trying to learn on my own.
Is that all a result of corporate politics or anything else that these types of people are hired for such big posts and treat you like this
