Hi all, if I resign now,will I need to work in the project for complete notice period?I'm resigning because of work culture but if in notice period if I have to work?

same I wanted release from project they are not giving and they hardlocked me without my consent. now I am planning to resign

Get a roll off and then resign because once you put papers roll off not possible you need to stay in the same project till notice period
