Trending @Infosys; Work delegation

Lateral joiner here, got Onboarded to a USA based account and got VDI and credentials from client side. When it comes to tasks, it is assigned to few other Infy developers and these guys delegate the tasks to us and they say to do quickly. There is no KT also. It just don't feel right working like this.
