Lately I have been noticing that the culture is going down. Saw someone come in for work. Sit down for 10 minutes and have some coffee and then left.

What even man. I am super disappointed. I came here to learn and grow in my career but this is the least ambitious place I have seen.

I have seen that people who stay for longer and lick asses of manager grow rather than young, smart adn productive people who know more than their boss.
