Work culture in UpGrads?

Compensation and policies are good. Work culture depends on team but generally the people are smart

Compensation is one of the best in the EdTech market tbh.

Work culture however leaves much to be desired. It’s basically a lot of politics with absurd demands esp if you’re in sales.

However I believe all the things you’ll hear are going to be applicable to any organisation. Maybe if you specify which office exactly you’ll get a better idea as people would know the exact pros and cons.

Compensation can be good or bad depending on department. Same right culture.

Overall they’re not a bad company
