Work culture at Reliance India
An acquaintance of mine is planning to join Reliance India in the next few weeks. How is the work culture there?
As shared by Striker. It largely depends on the vertical or company you are joining at Reliance. In Reliance Retail New Commerce are not the best to join right now.

Working with Reliance retail especially ecommerce business Jio Mart is so stressful. Literally 7 days working. TM and BL will keep on pinging you for sales drive though there is huge scarcity of assortment. One has to offer money to clients to get the orders.
This is for which category?
Largely depends on which team he/she will be joining in. There is range from strict enterprise to lenient startup based culture. However, performance is highly valued in general.
