Work culture at Goldman Sachs
Hi folks, Can anyone share their experience about Goldman Sachs .
Is it worth joining as a software developer with ~ 20 to 25 % hike on base.(no idea about bonus)
They have strict 5 days WFO. I saw many reviews mentioning their worst WLB ? Plus I'll have to shift to Banglore from Pune.
Please share genuine advice / feedback / experience !!

avoid, not worth for a 20% hike. They’ll juice you for the next two years and try to keep your base more or less same
