Looking for insights on work quality and work life balance in Uber India. I'm considering joining Uber Eat team as SSE Bangalore.

Work Quality will be good, but work life balance will go up for the toss but it will still be way better than Swiggy. (I am an ex-swiggy have a close friend who joined Uber last month.)

Any idea if it's similar to Rippling or better. I have offer for Rippling as well but favoring Uber over it.
