I received an offer from Cognizant with 11 fixed + 0.45 variable ( current 6.5 fixed + 0.8 variable). Is it a good decision to join CTS.
It depends on your luck .. But mainly you will be put in manual testing projects only. It depends on the project and managers that you get .
Promotions are less . Hikes are even less . Hikes are delayed from april to august every year

What about the location change? My current location is Hyderabad but they are asking to relocate to Bangalore. Is there any possibility of changing my location and how soon we can request for location change?
