Work Culture and Benefits at Amex, Bangalore

My friend has cleared the interview for Engineer 1 and is expecting an offer letter soon. So, we were looking to know more about the company's work, work culture, and general employee benefits (yes he's looking for those as he currently lives far away from the Bangalore office. I think he's expecting transportation or remote work support benefits).

But we barely found anything useful because most employee reviews we found so far have resulted in a grey area.

I thought it's best to ask people here who are working at Amex now or have worked there recently or have close friends who work there now.
