Depends entirely on the partner that you’d report to. One indicator is to see how sooner the person has made partnership which gives a sense of how competitive the partner is. The quicker the person has reached partnership the greater the expectations may be. You’ll definitely have a tough time but if you make it right you could potentially have a great career. It’s just a subjective indicator and not a foolproof indicator though.
