I'm currently in a project and working from Hyderabad. I want to change to Kolkata due to high cost of living and personal reasons. However how many times I ask my supervisor about it, he keeps saying that the project is not in a good shape and things like this. Bt the pressure induced on me both mentally and physically is driving me crazy.
How do I approach the situation to change my location. Please provide advice. I am in desperate need to change my location.

Could you please elaborate about the documents. And secondly will it be wise to contact HR directly if my supervisor is not paying much importance to my condition.
