This question is especially for seeking guidance from the Senior folks already nearing or crossed 40 and still working at IT Industry in India. How is it after Crossing this Milestone. I have an aim/dream and passion of continuing ahead on the track of this great field dealing with clients/problems and their solutions/coding/Products/Technologies etc. My inclination is mainly towards Technical side, but I do and have got chance of Management as well with couple of my Employers. Please pour in some helpful insights 🙏
