Work abroad UK and Australia

Hi, how many years of experience we need to shift abroad for job specifically good startups in UK and Australia.
I have 2.5 years experience in Machine Learning domain. I'm but confused how should I start my journey to find a job abroad. Can anyone guide me or anything that you guys can tell me related to this.
