Trending @Wipro; Won't to switch

I want to switch to another company but whenever the HR ask about the notice period and I says 3 month they most probably cancel my offer , can anyone suggest how can I reduce my notice period. It is creating a lot of problems for me in switching . Is there not any option for immediate resign.

Get a release from project if you are confident that you’d get a job in 3 months. If in bench you can mention as immediate joiner. I did the same and it worked

If you are on the bench, they will not release immediately right?

Tell HR my notice period is 45 days. Get interview aligned and get offer. Usually the HR and person giving you offer are not same person. Once you get offer you negotiate I can join within these days.
