Trending @Accenture; Wondering how come Accn is in Best companies to work for list. No salary hikes since last 2 yrs. How is the employe satisfied working here?

I worked in the company which own Great place to work for.

Let me tell you....Its all rigged if the client can pay 🤣

Because Accenture pushes everyone to fill that survey , and all of us thinks if we gave bad review and somehow they noticed that so it can become a problem

Too much of politics here..

Accenture is not what it used to be before 2022...appraisals were above 10-12% avg before 2022..In last 2-3 years it has become hell for employees to work.

Low salaries, forceful WFO implementation, Diversity hiring, No default promotions, bad reviews for NP people, putting one people in PIP is mandatory in every team even if everyone works tirelessly.

But then the Q12 survey is of no use if it doesn't reflect actual frustration of employees. Just forced form filling on 5*s

Low quality work, medium grade pay. Chutiya bana rakha hai.
