Most of us are always healthy and don't genuinely take sick leave for years together - so all your sick leaves cap and you won't get any added as long it's maxed: here's what I did, I applied for a sick leave every/every other Friday siting something like going for yoga classes to remove stress or rest day. By doing that I get to actually relax a little more (long holiday weekends: small trips) and replenish sick leaves. Let me know what you think about it.
