Wonder Cement Udaipur, offer is great !! But should I consider moving to a small town from Mumbai ?

Initially they were offering a role in Bengaluru but later they asked me if I want to go to Udaipur, which is HO and absolutely lovely place . But I'm concerned that my life will become slow paced and I'll prefer calm at a very early age of my career.

I'm from Rajasthan and can confirm Udaipur is really good city. But bro we Rajasthani don't think and talk too much about money either we start doing business without thinking about outcomes or we settle with whatever we have so yeah there you won't find people like metro cities who always talk about money and future. And I'm sure if you will stay there for quite a long time you will be like us in the end.

Isliye corporate connections bnana chahte ho and same field mein grow karna hai and money banana hai to stay in metro city. Otherwise for living purpose there is nothing best than Rajasthan.

If weren't from Rajasthan I would have settled there for life.

Depends on a lot of factors. If you've been in Mumbai for a long time, the shift to Udaipur might be difficult to adjust. Make a list of pros and cons, and then decide. You might save more money than Mumbai but then be prepared for a slow but fulfilling lifestyle.

absolutely yes. . city are on decay, unlivable. Last few years am living in my village, its peaceful, serene, and calm. I don't get pizzas but the peace of mind is unbelievable. I see a significant improvement in my mental and physical health.

If your net savings are higher , go for it. IMO, if you want to switch .. this is a core Sector.. you should be fine. Who knows they might send you to tier1 a couple of years after. Also, Udaipur is a very nice place to be in.
