Women in TCS don’t work
Is it true that most of the women’s don’t work properly mostly because of marriage or maybe there is a lack of motivation as their Husbands might be having a good salary and they focus more on household work.
What kind of BS stereotypes question is this?
First there were few stereotypical posts about "Tamil" and now about Gender..

I have also provided my points that I have observed in my project. Most newly wed girls don’t work properly here. Might be a different case in your project
It depends on the lead & "his soft spot". The same goes for people who are newly blessed with a child.
Let's be honest avg men can scroll through ph after work meanwhile in traditional household things are very different for women.
I Disagree with this point as I am a woman and I work without hesitation and I have colleagues both men and women who gives there 100%. especially we had a go live of critical project during those duration we had to work on weekends and daily extended support no one hesitated to work everyone taken it as their own work ,All teams dev, test,design and other support teams all worked together both mens and womens and celebrated the success together as one
