Because of this issue i didn’t got promotion and an unworthy lady got it who did not even complete a year.
I am the top performer and with all the relevant certifications and skills and i like to keep myself updated but still due to office politics and some mischievous things i was denied the promotion mentioning that they want to show the diversity in the project

Yeah so in Accenture there is reservation of 35-40% for females.
