Without job ID how to fill timesheet ?

WON is created but there is no job id to fill the timesheet I am filling the timesheet as unallocated won what to do in these situation?

If you are allocated to WON but there is no task assigned then you can fill timesheet under unassigned task for the same WON. Don’t go for unallocated won.
