Hi All, I'm currently serving a notice period, my gpm told they can give maximum hike percentage but last time also they said the same and given only 7% to retain but last time I haven't put paper.
But this time I put paper and I'm relieving in 15days, anyone know what will be the maximum percentage they can offer me??
I'm expecting 40%
No one will give you 40%. They will relieve you for sure. Hope you have an offer in your hand.
Do not withdraw resignation until they will provide a formal compensation letter.

Hard to get 40% in infy. Better try outside

Covid period only they give 30% now days they give max 10% only
They won’t give you 40 percent so better not to get your hopes up.
I am also serving notice period. It's just 1 week I have put papers with No offer in hands. Let's see how it goes?
