WITHDRAW THE RESIGNATION
Only 2 days remaining for LWD and still Hr not replying for the retention mail and I also sent withdrew the resignation mail how much time it will take for this process 7th feb LWD. Please tell me to help me to look forward.
I'm not sure what you're aiming for here. Resigning without an offer won't benefit you. It will also affect your rating and band. If you're serious about switching jobs or increasing your salary, you'll need to put in some effort. Study, prepare for interviews, attend them, secure an offer letter, and then either switch or negotiate retention.
I already have 2 offers in hand but there are one chance in TCS I have to take thats why I withdraw the application but there are no reply on retention mail yesterday I also sent a reminder. Because of 2 days remaining I withdraw the application
Please tell me how much time they will take for retention and withdraw the application process
